The following are nothing but excuses that many people use as to why they have not started their own business, even though they desperately want all the benefits that come with it. You do not need a large investment, business training or experience, an advanced education, or even an product or service. These things may help in some situations, but they are in absolutely no way essential. If you have ever let the lack of one of these stop you from pursuing your dreams of being your own boss, it is time that you drop these limiting beliefs. They are nothing more than false assumptions that have no validity in the real world. As I said, these are nothing more than excuses for not following ones passion. So what is required to be a successful entrepreneur and a self made millionaire? It is the inner game, the thoughts and habits you hold dominant in your mind. Your mindset and attitude will help you achieve success, at least it will when you have developed the correct ones. The inner game is the very foundation on which a million dollar business is built. Without first developing the foundation, no real progress will be made. However, when the million dollar mindset has been acquired, the million dollar income will naturally follow close behind. The millionaire mindset includes indispensable qualities such as optimism, courage, confidence, vision, a motivated work ethic, and the willingness to persist and provide sustained effort until the goals are reached.
