When an aspiring entrepreneur has developed these for characteristics they become unstoppable and they will succeed no matter what opportunities they decide to pursue or what obstacles arise. It starts with vision. Having a vision is what being an entrepreneur is all about. They blaze their own trail, they do things their own way, and they are always looking for ways to improve things that will benefit themselves as well as others. Vision is what spawns innovation, and innovation is what brings people to new levels of success. But a great idea or business opportunity is worthless unless it is acted upon and brought to life. This is why initiative is another essential entrepreneurial trait. Many people never even take that first step, and thus they waste great opportunities and idea. It is only those who take one and run with it who make their dreams come alive. Persistence is often stated as being the most important factor or success, entrepreneurial achievement, and the building of wealth. Sometimes obstacles can be deceivingly large and it may be tempting to throw in the towel. But what good is this, quitting is nothing more than creating your own failure. If you do not quit you will eventually succeed. The last trait is courage, and it is the glue that holds everything together. When you have a courageous mindset you will have no problem taking your dreams and turning into a reality.
