You cannot train the subconscious mind because it is already infinitely intelligent and knows the best way to get whatever you are seeking.
What you do need to take the time and effort to train is your conscious thinking mind.
It is through your dominant thoughts that you impress the subconscious mind, and you inevitably begin to attract the things that you think about most often.
This can either work in your benefit or for your detriment, depending on how you have trained your thinking mind.
The problem with most people is that they have not taken control over their thinking mind and therefore they give thought to a wide variety of things, including those that that they do not want or find pleasing.
People who are in a constant state of anxiety, worry, and stress are people who are thinking more often about the things that they do not want rather than the things that they do want.
There’s no question why these people continually get more things to worry and stress about, they are attracting it by giving it so much of their attention.
However, people who have trained their conscious mind and are in complete control of the thoughts that they think are able to give much more attention to the things that they do desire rather than the things that they fear.
Because of this, these people always seem to be lucky because everything seems to work out in their lives for the best.
There is truly no luck at all, rather there is a strict operation in the universe of cause and effect.
The thoughts are the causes, and the circumstances of your life are the effects.
You can create your own good fortune by simply giving attention to the things that you want and giving little or no attention to the things that you do not want.
Where attention goes, energy flows. It is your choice as to whether you give your attention, your creative energy, to the things that you desire or the things that you fear.
But no matter which one do you choose to pay attention to, you will get results that are in harmony with your thoughts.
Regain control of your thoughts and immediately replace negative thoughts with more positive ones.
In this way you will begin to think positive and start an upward spiral and over time you can completely transform your life.
