Within seconds you can have your websites professionally submitted to 40 of the highest traffic search engines on the Internet including google, yahoo, ask, and live.
But before you submit your website, especially if you want to get top search engine placement, you will want to do a few things to ensure that your site is optimized for maximum search engine traffic.
There are three things to keep in mind when deciding if your site is ready to be listed. The first is whether or not you have adequate content.
Content is what the search engines run from and the more that you have, the better your results will be.
If you do not have adequate content, a least 30 or more pages worth, this will be your first priority.
After having many content rich web pages, you will want to make sure that your web pages are keyworded properly.
The best is to find low competition keywords and use one or two per page.
But beware that keyword spamming, cramming in as many keywords as possible into a page, will have negative results.
It is best to play by the rules and only use a keyword once for every hundred words of content that you have.
You’ll also want to add your keyword in the meta title, the Meta description, a headline, and a text link somewhere on the page.
After you have many keyword rich content pages, you will want to increase your link popularity.
This can be done for free by using free directories, or if you have money to invest, you can choose some of the high quality paid directories to list your website.
Another way to get quality inbound links is to use the many article directories.
Simply write an article related to your target market and at the end of it you will be able to place your website link adding a valuable inbound link to your site.
The more content you have, the more keywords that you subtly use throughout your site, and the higher your link popularity, the more traffic you will be able to generate from the engines.
For about six months my traffic was steady, but in the meantime I added content, keywords, and inbound links each and every day.
Six months later I began to notice my traffic increasing, and it has been increasing steadily each and every week.
In fact, my traffic doubles or triples each month, and that is a very exciting thing.
