Our amazing bodies were designed to warn us when we are thinking (and therefore attracting) negatively. Our bodies also offer us signals to tell us that we are on track and headed in the right direction.
It all has to do with the way that you feel, the sensations that you feel in your body. You can only be feeling one of two ways at any given time. You can either feel good or bad. We all know the difference between feeling good and feeling bad, but not all of us recognize this for what it truly is.
Our feelings stem from our thoughts, and so when you are feeling badly it is your internal guidance system telling you that you thoughts are not in harmony with your desires. That means that it is time to change your thoughts until they begin producing positive feelings.
And when you are feeling good…great, you are thinking in harmony with your desires, and that is exactly what you want to be doing. Whenever you are feeling good, just keep thinking in the same way.
By following your feeling you will be able to keep positive more often, give more attention to your desires, and therefore use the Law of Attraction effectively and deliberately.
