And there confidence continues to serve them even after they get started. Because they know from the start that they will succeed, they do not get preoccupied with obstacles.

Most obstacles that people face are created in their minds and pose no real challenge. When you are confident in your ability to succeed, you will not be focused on obstacles so you will not see nearly as many of them showing up.
