Is your subconscious mind in a positive state or a negative state? How can you tell? Well what results are you currently seeing in your life?

Is everything working out in your benefit? Are you constantly setting goals and reaching them?

Do you get the things that you want and do you constantly find things that bring you pleasure and happiness?

If so than you are in a positive frame of mind most the time, and therefore relay only positive messages to your subconscious.

If on the other hand you are like average people, you get some of the good and some of the bad. In fact, most people get more of the bad than they do the things that they would find pleasing.

While many people will blame this on bad luck or a predetermined fate that they have no control over, the reality is that they are attracting these negative circumstances into their life because they think negatively and therefore relay a negative messages to their subconscious mind.

People are becoming more and more aware of the power of thought. Our dominant thoughts are transmitted to our subconscious mind and therefore create our life and all of the experiences that we find ourselves in.

It does not matter whether you give your attention to the things that you want or whether you give your attention to the things that you do not want, the subconscious mind simply reacts to the messages you send it and it gives you what you ask for.

By knowing this truth does it make any sense to expect anything less than the best, and to give your attention to anything other than that which you want?

Of course not. Where your attention goes, your energy flows, and your results begin to show.

This being the case, it only makes sense to give your attention only to the things that you want to energize and attract it into your life.
