A subconscious mind meditation for accessing the unlimited power in the silence between thoughts
People are beginning to understand that the power they have in their subconscious mind can completely transform their lives.
And most people do not understand how they actually can contact their subconscious mind and therefore receive all the benefits of doing so.
We’re always is contact with our subconscious minds. Every thought that we think and image that we hold in our heads gets imprinted on the subconscious, and therefore begin its transformation into the physical world.
The reality is that most people think too much. Your thinking is yourself talking to your subconscious mind, but your subconscious mind can only speak back to you when your mind is clear.
Most of us have a constant dialogue running through our minds.
We are usually attached to time, either thinking of the future or something that happened in the past.
It is the gaps in between our thoughts that allows us to contact the subconscious mind, and therefore harness the infinite power and intelligence that resides there.
Subconscious mind meditation is a useful way to quiet your conscious, thinking mind, so that you can access the wisdom and intelligence in your subconscious self.
It takes practice and will not be an easy thing to do when you first begin.
But by taking time, about 15 or 20 minutes per day, to completely clear your mind of any thought, you will begin noticing that your subconscious is speaking to you in the form of intuition and feelings.
Perform your meditative practices when your thinking mind is completely still, than you will most likely receive insight, answers to problems, ideas, and other forms of inspiration that will lead you in the right direction to get out of life whenever it is that you are seeking.
And the more that you practice your meditation and quieting the thinking of your conscious mind, the more profound your relationship with your subconscious will become.
And the stronger that relationship is, the more access you have to the unlimited power of the universe.
Before beginning your meditation, make sure that you are in a happy, care free state of mind.
Bringing any stress or worry into your meditation will not do any good. Go into a quiet room, then simply sit and listen to the silence around.
