Subconscious meditation is an extremely powerful thing to practice
I know as well as anybody that our thoughts are things.
I have been a huge fan of the law of attraction as well as studying the subconscious mind and how to unleash the unlimited human potential that we all have.
When I first begin practicing the subconscious mind power, it took a lot of effort to keep my thoughts on the things that I wanted and away from the things that I did not want.
I knew when I started out that this was a laborious thing to do, and that is precisely why most people do not exercise this power. Controlling ones thoughts gives one the power to control their entire life and all the circumstances that arise.
But controlling your thoughts is not an easy thing to do.
As I continued my study and I began learning more about contacting the deeper mind and I learned that subconscious meditation was a very powerful way to open a clear line of communication between your conscious thinking mind and your deeper subconscious self.
The reason is simple. While your thoughts speak into your subconscious mind, you need to give your subconscious mind a chance to speak back.
You need to be able to hear the guidance, wisdom, and intelligence that can guide you anywhere you choose to go.
But you cannot hear the subconscious or receive its message, nor can you truly access this power if you never open up the channel for your deeper mind to guide you.
This connection can be created by silencing your thinking.
Most people never give their minds a rest from the constant dialogue that runs through our heads. But it is the small gaps between the thoughts where we actually access the true power of the universal mind.
Subconscious meditation is a practice of ceasing for a certain amount of time the constant dialogue that we all experience.
It takes practice, and at first you may only be able to stop your thought for a few seconds, or possibly a few minutes.
But the more that you practice, the better you can control your thoughts with more and more precision.
After practice you will be able to sit in silence without any thinking for 15 to 20 minutes.
And if this practice is continued you will get to the point where you can carry the silence with you an access it whenever you need. And miraculous things will begin to happen when you are able to carry the silence with you wherever you go.
Not only will you experience a peace of mind and a joy that you have not enjoyed before, but you will see your desires become manifest with effortless ease.
You will reach new levels of health, wealth, success, harmonious relationships, and any other area of your life that you would like to improve.
By accessing the silence, the gap in between your thoughts, you bring yourself into harmony with the entire universe and the infinite power that it contains.
