Do you have a subconscious habit that you want to change? It is easier than you think
A habit is nothing more than a programmed response in your subconscious mind. Repetition is a powerful thing, and thoughts and actions that are repeated are imprinted into the subconscious mind, and then they become a natural part of your experience.
If the habit is a good one, one that you have deliberately created, it can be a terrific thing. But not all habits are there by our choice, many of them develop without our knowing.
But a bad habit is not a hard thing to change. Notice though that I said change, not eliminate. It is much harder to stop a bad habit than it is to change it to a more constructive one.
And changing a poor habit for a better one happens the same way that creating any habit does, it is built through repetition.
When you take conscious awareness of a bad habit and make an effort to do something to replace it, maybe chewing a piece of gum rather than smoking a cigarette, you begin imprinting the new habit on the subconscious where the other one was before.
If this happens continually over a period of time, you can successfully change any bad habit into one that will have a more positive effect on your life.
