Why your subconscious attitude is determining your life day by day
There are only two attitudes that people can hold, a negative one or a positive one. Sure, there are many different moods, emotions, and feelings, but each of them can be categorized as either positive or negative.
Negative attitudes include things like worry, stress, jealousy, anger, frustration, resentment, and fear.
Positive attitudes include happiness and joy, confidence, faith, peace of mine, care freeness, hope, and of course, love.
But your subconscious minds attitude has more to do with your life than just the way you feel. Your dominant mental attitude creates your life, day by day, hour by hour.
Our ability to choose our thoughts and control our attitudes is our most important one because it gives us total control over our lives.
We may not always be able to control what happens to us, but we can control how we react to what happens. Even when negative things happen, we have the choice to either let it affect all areas of our life, or we can try and see any good in the situation, and then to move on and not dwell upon in.
If you can monitor your thoughts, and only entertain those which make you feel good and put you into a positive state of mind, you will notice your entire life change for the better.
Where our attention goes, so does our energy, and we bring more of the same into our life. If you can put attention solely on the good that you want to have in your life, you will have more and more of it showing up.
