Steps to Become RichThe seven essential steps to become rich. Getting rich is not dependent on you being in a certain location or a particular vocation. And it does not matter how much or money you have now, or whether you come from a wealthy background. You can look at two people who are in the same line of work in similar locations, and one will get rich and the other does not. So what is the reason for this? They are apparently doing the exact same thing, yet one gets wealthy and the other does not. The answer does not lie in what they are doing or even how they are doing it. What really counts is the inner game, their thoughts, attitudes, and dominant beliefs. Having the millionaire mindset, one that attracts rather than repels wealth, is the only direct path to riches. If you can become a millionaire on the inside, it will only be a matter of time until you are rich in the physical world as well. There are seven essential steps to become rich. As you will see they are not about getting into the right career or investing in a certain way. Rather they are powerful steps in personal development, and when you accomplish developing the wealth consciousness, which you will do when you go through the seven steps to become rich, you will be a magnet for riches. Desire is the starting point. You may think that everyone has the desire for wealth, and you are partially correct. Everyone wants to be rich, but desire is much stronger than a general wanting or wishing. Desire is a burning passion that transcends everything else. Faith that the object of your desire will be attained is the next critical step to getting rich. When we expect to get rich and really believe that we will, it will happen in due time. To bolster your faith you can read accounts of people who went from rags to riches, and you can realize that you have the same potential. Autosuggestion is the next step, one that is overlooked by many. Autosuggestion is the act of convincing your subconscious mind that you will get rich. Affirmations like every day in every way I am getting richer and richer are great tools that can be used to influence your subconscious mind. Repeated daily an affirmation will lock into your brain and show you the path to get what you want. Specialized knowledge is the next step, and this is one that anyone can easily accomplish. General knowledge (facts, dates, and tidbits) are not very helpful to anyone who is seeking prosperity, but specialized knowledge is. It doesn’t matter what field you are in or what path you are taking to wealth, as long as you know your vocation well. Planning is the next step. However, if the above steps have been applied, the planning process will not require much effort. When you have a strong desire for wealth, the faith that you will get it, and you have convinced your subconscious mind that you will get it, the plans for its attainment will be offered to you. You simply need to be aware of opportunities and follow your instincts. Initiative is the ability to make quick decisions and to take action on them. In a nutshell, initiative is the opposite of procrastination. No plan for wealth is going to be of any value to a person who does not have the initiative to utilize it. Persistence is the last step, and it is also the most crucial. Quitting is the number 1 cause of failure. Persistence is the willingness to put forth sustained effort long enough for your goals and plans to come full circle.
