#1- replace the word “can’t,” with “can” in your daily vocabulary. Can applies to about 95% of all the challenges you encounter.
#2- replace the word “try” with “will” in your daily vocabulary. This is a form of semantics and simply establishes your new attitude of dwelling on things you will do, rather than things you plan to try, with that built in excuse in advance for possible failure.
#3- focus all your attention and energy on the achievement of the objectives you are involved with right now. Forget about the consequences of failure. Failure is only a temporary change in direction to set you straight for your next success. Remember, you usually get what you think of most.
#4- make a list of five of your most important current wants or desires, and right next to each… Put down what the benefit or payoff is to you when you achieve it. Look at this list before you go to bed each night and upon waking each morning.
#5- seek and talk in person this week to someone who currently is doing what you want to do most, and doing it well. This applies to skiing, acting, singing, speaking, hang gliding, selling, earning, or even being a good spouse or parent.

#6- for every one of your goals make it a habit to repeat again and again, “I want to-I can,” “I want to-I can.” Develop a simple, new, affirmative self talk vocabulary about yourself.
#7- paint the picture of what the achievement looks like and feels life, when your motivating others… And demonstrate your own confidence and believe in their ability to accomplish that given the objective.
#8- don’t take council from your fears and don’t worry about them. They are part of being human. Associate with other winners. They will help you overcome your fears.
#9- give solution oriented feedback when people tell you their problems. When the problems are your own, focus on the immediate question-“what’s the answer?”
#10- concentrate all your energy and intensity, without distraction, on the successful completion of your current project. Finished what you start.
