Reprogram the Subconscious
How to reprogram the subconscious in 5 easy steps. Achieve dramatic life improvements!
Your subconscious mind controls your life. It is where you hold your beliefs (even the ones that you did not create) and your habitual thoughts and attitudes.
Everything in your life, from your health, success, prosperity, relationships and everything in between, stems from your subconscious mind.
If you are not completely satisfied with any particular area of your life, or even your life as a whole, you will need to reprogram your subconscious mind so that it supports you and attracts to you the things necessary to make it your reality.
It may take a little effort on your part to reprogram your mind, but it is not hard and it is well worth the effort. Here are 5 steps to reprogram the subconscious…
#1- Make the Decision To Change Everything that happens starts as a decision, and until a definite decision has been made, nothing will get done. Making a commitment to your self is a powerful thing to do, so start out by committing yourself to creating a more positive, constructive, and supportive mental attitude.
#2-Know What You Want You cannot make any changes unless you know what changes you want to make. If you do not have goals of what you want to have, to do, and to be, you will have no direction and therefore no power to create your life. It is only people who know where they are going that get anywhere worthwhile. Decide what you want your life to look like, perfect in every aspect.
#3-Visualize It You subconscious responds strongly to the images that you give it. A vivid daydream about your goals and desires has a powerful way of influencing the subconscious. Spend 15 minutes a day daydreaming with a purpose. See yourself in your mind as clearly as possible as the person who you want to be. The more clear your picture, the more positive you will feel, and the more effective your visualization will be.
#4-Affirm It Always talk in a way that is consistent with your vision. Our words are powerful because they are not only thoughts, but thoughts in action. Do not say negative things, either out loud to others or even in your own head. Talk as if you already were the person you want to be, living the life that you want to live.
#5-Suround Yourself With Reminders The key to change is attention, putting your attention on the things that you want to achieve, have, and be. Look at things that remind you of your vision, and cut them out and make a vision board out of them. This will be a great tool for you, one that will not only motivate you and keep you focused, but one that will help you reprogram your subconscious.
