Programming the subconscious to be able to reach any goal or realize any dream or desire
There have been many strategies and techniques developed for programming the subconscious mind.
People use repetitive affirmations very commonly.
This is a technique where you create a sentence that affirms the outcome that you want to see realized.
For example, if you are wanting to have an increase in prosperity, your affirmation can be something like every day I am being prospered in everything that I do. It is a positive statement about what you want to happen. When an affirmation is repeated over and over again on a consistent basis, these thoughts will be picked up and acted upon by the subconscious mind.
Another form of programming that has worked well for many people including myself is visualization.
While affirmations may take weeks or even months to get picked up by the subconscious mind, a vividly clear visualization about the desired outcome can be much more powerful.
The subconscious cannot tell the difference between an event that actually happened and one that was vividly imagined.
This is why if you vividly imagine something either good or bad, it brings forth either positive or negative emotions.
Spending 10 to 15 minutes a day visualizing yourself as you want to be is a powerful way to bring those circumstances into your life.
Another very powerful way to contact your subconscious mind is to get yourself into a meditative state and then give clear and precise thoughts to your goals and desires.
A meditative state is not a mystical practice like many people think.
It is simply a peace of mind, a time where you free yourself from the constant dialogue that runs through our heads all the time.
Most people have a constant stream of thought, yet it is the gaps in between thoughts that speak directly to the subconscious mind.
By relaxing yourself and clearing your mind of all thought, you can clearly communicate to your subconscious mind what you want it to do.
And besides these three powerful techniques, you can simply transform your life by giving more thought and attention to the things that you do want, and less thought to the things that you do not want.
Where attention goes energy flows.
Therefore why give your attention, and therefore your creative energy, to anything that you do not want showing up in your life?
It makes sense to think positively about things you want and always expect the best.
