Choosing the best ppc advertising company to host your campaign
What is the best ppc advertising company to host your ad campaign? Well it may depend on a few things, but you definitely have choices. Many people do not know that they have a lot of choices; they seem to think that Google Adwords is the only ppc company.
While Google is the leading provider of pay per click advertising, there are smaller companies that have some nice benefits, but there are also some drawbacks as well.
The benefits that Google provides its Adwords users are pretty great. They utilize some great tools that give you an advantage for maximizing your campaign’s effectiveness. The keyword analyzing tools are great, and you have full control over the searches that display your ads.
Google Adwords also allows you to set up several ads and have them rotated, thus giving you a clear picture of how each individual ad is performing. This way you can quickly eliminate the ads that are not performing well, and you can keep only the winners.
One drawback of Google Adwords is the competition and subsequently the price for top listings. The program is based on bidding, the better positions for each keyword goes to whoever is willing to spend the most money. Depending on your market, the keywords you choose, and the position you want for your ads, you can end up spending much more money than anticipated. You could end up spending 10 times the amount that you would have paid in the past for each click.
You can minimize your cost by choosing to work with a smaller ppc advertising company. Because there are many less users at some of the smaller ppc providers, you will ultimately have less competition and can therefore get more visits for you advertising budget.
One drawback to this is that if you have a very large advertising budget., you may not be able to spend it all. Obviously these smaller ppc hosts have less users as well as visitors, so a large ad budget may not get used up. If you are spending thousands of dollars a month on ppc’s, you may want to use Google’s Adwords. If you have a smaller budget, you may want to test out a smaller provider, like adster.com, and see if you are able to increase the number of hits for any given budget.
Much of advertising is a trial and error learning experience, and pay per click marketing is no different. But it is always good to test out a few options so that you know you are getting the most out of each advertising dollar.
You may also want to invest in a tool or software system that can enhance your results. One of my personal favorites is the
Get-Google-Ads-Free system.
It is a simple to follow strategy that allows you to completely eliminate all of your ppc advertising expenses.
