Power your subconscious by feeding it only positive, uplifting thoughts



I want to share a few lines from a classic self-help book entitled The Power of You Subconscious Mind written by Joseph Murphy.

    I have seen miracles happen to men and women in all walks of life all over the world. Miracles will happen to you, too-when you begin using the power of your subconscious mind……you habitual thinking and imagery mold, fashion and create your destiny. For as a person thinketh in his subconscious mind, so is he.

I can account for this statement, as I too have seen people make incredible life changes when they understand the power that they have inside them, and they understand how to unleash it. And I have seen miracles worked in my own life, over and over again.

You power your subconscious with your dominant, repetitive thoughts and mental imagery. What you think on a regular basis, you will become.

To take back your incredible potential and use it, all you need to do is be aware of the thoughts that you allow to reside in your mind. Change your thinking, change your life. Controlling your thoughts and mental attitudes is THE MOST important thing you will ever do, for when you do it, you unlock your divinity and you become the creator or your fate.

Monitoring each and every thought that you think is nearly impossible, and it is a laborious thing to try to do. You can easily know whether your thoughts are positive or negative by paying attention to your feelings.

When you feel good, you are in a positive mind frame, and when you feel bad you are in a negative one. Anytime you feel yourself getting stressed out or feeling worried, remove any thoughts that are causing these feelings and switch them to more constructive, positive, and optimistic ones.
