So what do you want do get out of your home based business?

• To get rich, wealthy and build a secure future?
• To get out of debt and become financially free?
• Do you desire a less stressful and more enjoyable career?
• Buy your dream home, dream car, or other nice things?
• To have more free time to enjoy time with friends and family?
• Take more family vacations and see more of the world?

Whatever your reason for wanting network marketing success, form it into a clear goal. By decided on specific things that you desire, you will have a lot more motivation for achieving network marketing success.

Just saying "I want more money" is pretty vague and will not likely strike you in an emotional level. By picturing exactly why you want success, you will strive for it on a higher level.

Step 1-- Decide exactly what you want.

It could be quitting your job after six months.....It could be earning $100,000 per year.....It could be doubling your present monthly income.....It could be taking a trip around the world.....It could be spending more time with your kids.

Whatever it is, make it as clear and concise as possible. This has a POWERFUL EFFECT.

Saying “I want to be rich" is not a goal.

However saying "I want to earn a six-figure income" is much more clear and definite. When you pinpoint what you want, you are much more likely to be determined enough to get it.

It is also important to set your goals high, but make them believable. The higher a goal you can set for yourself, the better. Small goals get small results. Big goals get big results.

It's true.

As long as it feels achievable for you than it’s not too big. The only limits we have are the limits we set on ourselves.


When setting your goal remember that successful network marketers can earn over $50,000 a month or more.

So don't sell yourself short. Aim high! If your goal brings up any doubt like "I can't achieve that" you need to rethink your limits. You can either reduce your goal, or INCREASE YOU CONFIDENCE AND FAITH.

If you believe that you will achieve your goal...you will, so you may want to increase your level of confidence so that you can set and reach higher goals.

One way we have found to do this is by reading motivation self-help books. This will allow you to think bigger...and therefore achieve bigger.

Step 2-- Put a time limit on your goal.

This may seem kind of obvious but it’s often overlooked.

Decide exactly what you want to earn or accomplish in a year.

Set a deadline. A specific day, and mark it on your calendar.

Then you can set small goals, monthly or weekly, that will take you step-by-step toward your big goal.

This is a proven system for accomplishment, and striving for network marketing success is no exception.


Without a clear deadline you are more apt to put things off and get side-tracked. When the goal has a deadline, you will more likely stay at it.

Step 3-- Write Your Goal on Paper.

Writing out your goal has unbelievable power. It burns that goal into your subconscious mind. Once a goal has been written down, it begins to crystalize and become a reality.

Let your goal absorb you.

Goals have an incredible power to help us make right decisions that help in reaching them. When your subconsious mind picks up on your goal, it will give you answers at just the right time.

To start the magic process, you've got to have it in writing!

One more thing to keep in mind as you are writing your goal down, is to write it in the PRESENT TENSE. Write down your goal as if you have already achieved it. This adds vast amounts of power to you goal, especially as you move on to step four.



Step 4-- Read You Goal Every Single Day.

The point is to really impress your subconscious mind with your goal. When you read your goal every single day, a few times, you will imprint it into your mind.

Your subconscious mind has the tendency to put you on "auto-pilot," meaning that you will often do exaclty what you need to do in order to achieve network marketing success or any other goal.

Two very powerful times to read your goal are first thing in the morning and right before bed. These are the times when your mind is the clearest and reading your goals will do a lot of good.

Look at your goal daily, keep it in your mind as much as possible. This will make it almost impossible not to achieve home business success.

Setting your goals is the first step to achieving network marketing success. It is absolutely essential!

Why do 97% of people just barely scrape by in life? They lack goals. They never decided where they want to end up, and therefore they end up...going nowhere.

Do you want to be a success?

Then decide what you want, when you want it, and then put it on paper! Keep your goals in mind at all times. Think of them constantly and you will be surprised and what you are able to achieve.

By doing this you will put yourself in the 3% of people who succeed in achieving their life's goals. The simple acts of setting and committing to definite aims will be one of the most powerful step you take in achieving network marketing success, or success at anything else in life.
