Negative Subconscious Programming




Your deeper mind is powerful and will act on positive or negative subconscious programming


No matter what, we’re always in a constant state of communication with our subconscious minds.

Every thought that we think that is mixed with an emotion is rapidly picked up and acted on by the subconscious.

This is why faith is known to be such a powerful positive emotion.

A strong expectation activates the immense creative power and can be easily manifested in the physical world.

But many people are pessimistic and therefore feel negative emotions more often than positive emotions.

Worry, fear, and stress are negative emotions that results in negative subconscious programming.

The more time that you spend in a negative state of mind, and the more negative emotions that you feel, the more the dissatisfaction you’ll find in your experience.

You will attract the people, situations, and the circumstances that will add worry and stress your life.

This is something that can be rather easily remedied however, and it just takes a conscious decision to monitor or your thoughts and feelings.

Feelings arise from our deeper selves, they are in essence a guidance system to tell us whether we are thinking about what we want or what we do not want.

When you are feeling negatively, either worrying about the past or a future event, you’re thinking negatively and thinking about things that you do not want.

It is possible to change the thoughts as they arise and switch them for more positive, constructive thoughts.

When you feel your mood change and begin to feel positive emotions, you will know that you’re now attracting the things into your life that will please you.

It may be difficult at first to monitor your thoughts, but just as with anything else in life, practice makes perfect.

Take the time and effort to gain control of your conscious thinking mind, so that you can only program your subconscious mind with thoughts of things that you do want to happen.

This will be an investment in yourself that will benefit you for a lifetime.
