Of all the money management courses I have reviewed, T. Harv Ekers are far superior

There are many money management courses, and many styles of money management. I read a lot, and I have reviewed several different courses on the all important topic of money management.

Out of the various courses, I usually only recommend one to others. It is the ’The Secrets of the Millionaire Mind’ by T. Harv Eker. This is actually the bestselling book that he wrote which distills his wisdom into a convenient, easy to read, and very affordable book.

There are many great things about his money management strategies, but there is one common theme that definitely separates him from the masses.

In many other articles I have written, I talk about the fact that personal money management is a habit. We can either create positive money habits or poor ones, and the choice is ultimately up to us.

Because money management is habitual, it has much to do with our dominant thoughts and beliefs about money. For instance, someone may have deep rooted beliefs that being wealthy is a negative thing, for whatever reason (most likely parental or religious influences). Because of this thought process, that having an abundance of money is a negative thing, they may develop the habit of overspending.

This is only one example of how our thoughts help mold our habits, but there are indeed many more. But the point is that money management is two sided; there is the strategic planning side, and there is also the mental influence on our habits and actions.

Most money management courses deal only with the first part of this equation. They offer plans, strategies, and recommended saving and investment options. These courses do not, however, deal with the inner game of money management, and without the two pieces of the puzzle working in harmony, no plan or strategy will have lasting results.

Harv’s work on the other hand deals with both sides of the equation. Of course he offers specific strategies and plans, but he also helps people uncover and eliminate any underlying limiting beliefs. As he helps people deal with their thoughts about money, he allows them to implement plans and create ling term habits that will lead to financial success.

This single book alone has contributed much to my financial success, and I honestly feel that it can do the same for anyone. I highly recommend this book to others.
