Your conscious and subconscious minds are in constant contact. You conscious mind is your thinking mind, where you hold habitual thoughts, beliefs, and images.

These thoughts, the ones help most dominantly in your mind, are picked up and acted on by the subconscious, the seat of unlimited power and infinite intelligence.

To clearly understand how the two are interconnected, think of yourself as a gardener. Thoughts are seeds, and the thoughts that are held in your mind most often are the seeds that you plant into the fertile, creative soil of the subconscious.

Most people do not monitor or control their thoughts, and therefore they get mixed results. They have some good showing up in their lives, and they have some bad showing up in their lives.

But this does not need to be the case. The only way anything negative can enter your life is if your give attention to it.

If you can control your thinking, which is a skill that is learned by practice just like anything else, you can enjoy having full control over your life.

You can more deliberately create your life how you choose, and you will have more of what you want showing up, and much less of what you do not.

The results in life come from the seeds we plant in our subconscious mind. Plant only the seeds that the fruit of which will enrich your life and add happiness and joy.

Anything you want from perfect health to wealth to harmonious relationships can be achieved when you use your conscious mind to control your subconscious power.
