As soon as I began to understand the power of the subconscious mind I immediately begin investigating ways that I could more deliberately use this power to my benefit.
One of the most helpful techniques that I have found is to do some subconscious meditations.
I used to think meditation was a mystical or religious practice and it never impressed me very much.
That was until I learned the true meaning of meditation, which is simply a quieting of your conscious thinking mind.
When your conscious mind is quite you open up a direct line of communication with your subconscious.
In this way you can impress your subconscious with your goals, desire, or any other changes that you want in your life, and the subconscious will rapidly pick them up and begin acting upon your desires.
Two of the very best times to perform your meditation, which should only take 10-15 minutes per day, are the time you have right before bed and the time when you first wake up in the morning.
During these times your thinking is slowed considerably, therefore it is easier to get into the powerful state of meditation, where your thinking is quiet and your subconscious mind is alert and ready to receive your messages.
