A list of famous entrepreneurs will include names like Sam Walton, Henry Ford, Warren Buffet, Bill Gates, and of course Donald Trump.

Sam Walton was the man behind one of the world largest store chains, Wal-Mart. He started small, selling household items on razor sharp margins. Even while other were raising prices hoping to increase profits, he stayed true to his vision and thus built a billion dollar business. His legacy will live on for many years.

Henry Ford is another incredible example of what single individual can accomplish when they are infused with the entrepreneurial spirit. Henry Ford, founder of the Ford motorcars, revolutionized the car industry.

First he did so by introducing the first gas powered passenger car, the Model T, and later by creating the first single block eight-cylinder engine. Ford is a perfect example of how a lot of persistence and faith can overcome any obstacle, and it can make the impossible possible.

Warren Buffet is a great example of how when you want something badly enough you can find a way to get it, even if the odds are not stacked in your favor. A born math wiz, Buffet became obsessed with eh business world.

When he wanted to open his own investment firm, he had no money to so. Rather that let his dream fall to the waste side he used every possible resource at his disposal. He was able to raise over $100,000, only $100 of which was his. He was a millionaire only six years later.

And we all know the richest American living today, none other than Microsoft’s Bill Gates. As he started his software company in the mid 1980’s he utilized his incredible technical smarts coupled with a strong work ethic and his fierce competitive business practices to completely dominate the industry.

Gates is now worth over $120 Billion dollars, much of which he and his wife cheerfully give to charity.
