There have been many entrepreneurs over the past century that had had a huge impact on the world. These courageous visionaries expanded the boundaries in their respective fields, and as a result they were able to build thriving businesses and vast fortunes.

Each of the following individuals made themselves unstoppable. Although each one no doubt faced many obstacles during their climb to the top, but they refused to quit. Where most people would stop, these brave souls have persisted further and thus reaped huge rewards.

Bill Gates-$121.6 Billion-(1955-present)
Superior technical knowhow and almost ruthless competitive business practices allowed Gates to dominate the computer software industry in the 1980’s.

Warren Buffet-$46 Billion-(1930-present)
From an early age Buffet had a way with numbers and a fascination with business. He created his own investing strategies that have proved to be almost flawless.

Sam Walton-$58.6 Billion-(1918-199)
Sam Walton may not be a household name but his stores definitely are. He opened the first Wal Mart in the 1960’s and build an empire by selling products on very thin margins.

Henry Ford-$54.3 Billion-(1863-1947)
Beginning as an inventor he created the first successful line of gas powered cars and later built the first 8 cylinder engine. The Ford Motor Company is still one of the most successful businesses in America.

John D. Rockefeller-$305.3 Billion-(1839-1937)
Any list of highly successful entrepreneurs would not be complete without Rockefeller, the richest man in Americas history. He was a visionary just like all successful entrepreneurs, and he build his fortune by completely revolutionize the oil industry.
