The Law of Attraction works based on our dominate thoughts. What we think about most often, we invariably attract into our experience.
So basically to get anything you want in life, all you need to do is put your attention on that which you want, while taking your attention off of the things you do not want. Monitoring every thought would be a very difficult thing to do, possibly even impossible. So how can you be sure that your thoughts are positive and bringing you the things that you want?
We have within us a guidance system that works at all times to tell us whether we are attracting the things we do want or the things we do not want. We know this system as our feelings. We either feel good (positive emotion) or we feel bad (negative emotion).
Whenever we are thinking positively about the things we want we feel good. Our inner guidance system is telling us that we are on track and attracting the things we want. When we feel negative emotion it means that we are giving our attention to things that we do not want, therefore attracting those things into our life.
Following your feelings is the simplest way to get what you want. The better you feel, the happier and joyous you are, the faster you are bringing all the things that you want into your life. So instead of monitoring each and every thought, just monitor how you feel. If you feel good, keep on doing and thinking whatever you are doing. If however you are in a bad mood and feeling negative, you need to make a switch to the positive side.
A little secret that is not found in most Law of Attraction information is that we can control the way we feel by acting in a manner than promotes good feelings. If you force yourself to smile or laugh, it will actually cause you to feel better, and your thoughts will follow right behind. So whenever you feel any negative emotion, act happy, positive, and at peace. You will feel better and your thoughts will shift from negative to positive, and you will inevitably attract more things that you like and enjoy. By taking control of your thoughts and feelings, you will take control over your entire life.
