Well there are two primarily that are found in every case.
The first is desire. Desire is much more than just wanting something.
Everyone wants something, but only those who truly have a burning desire to attain it, have enough motivation to actually do so.
Desire only comes forth when you know exactly what you want to achieve.
The reason so many people do not have adequate motivation is because their goals are not clear enough.
The more clear your goals, the more desire you will have to achieve them, and therefore the more motivation you will have to pursue them under any conditions.
But desire to is not the complete answer to personal motivation.
Many people may have a strong desire but do not have enough self confidence to believe that they can achieve that which they wanted to achieve.
If you do not believe that you can do something, you are not likely to try.
However, if you have a deep seated belief that you can achieve your goals, you will have the second component of motivation.
So these are the two absolutely critical components of motivation, therefore two components of success and achievement.
Decide what you want to get out of life.
Make a clear decision about what you want to be, what you want to have, and what you want to do with your life.
After knowing what you want, think positively about it until you reach the belief that you will actually be able to do so.
Whenever someone knows what they want and they believe that they will get it, they literally make themselves unstoppable and they will inevitably attain the object of their desire.
