We have dedicated a page to each of these steps, and this one is to help you find the extra time needed to start and build a successful home business. STEP #2-Making Time!! Here's the good news.....It doesn't take a lot of time to excecute an Internet business plan and build a great income. We understand that at first it may seem a little intimidating. People often get scared off by the idea of having to put in the time to build a reliable income. It seems they were looking for a "Lottery Ticket" that would propel them from 0-millionaire overnight. Sorry, the only people getting rich from "get-rich-quick" schemes are the schemers. So get real, the Internet is a place to build a business, a great place indeed. Yes following through with an Internet business plan will take time, and depending on the amount of effort you put in daily, your results will come either sooner or later. You could actually build a business in only five minutes a day, but it would obviously take a while before you created the income that would allow you to quit your day job. Other people go all out and spend every waking minute working on their Internet business plan. The people fortunate enough to have the time to do this see results relatively quickly. But most people don't have the ability to do this, and it's not needed. We think that an hour or two a day is an adequate amount of time to work an Internet business plan. This will give you enough time to build your business, and still keep you from getting burned out. It's a nice balance, and if you choose to work more, that's great too! The real key to turning an Internet business plan into a thriving income is CONSISTENCY. Consistency means that you take action on a daily basis. Obviously giving regular attention to your business will allow it to grow. Whether it be 5 minutes or 5 hours, the key is consistency. Think of it as cutting down a huge tree, just a stroke at a time. Each stroke is small, but after time the tree will fall!

In fact the majority of home businesses are built by people who have full time jobs, work two jobs, have children, go to school full time, or just have busy lives in general. They are able to put a small amount of time in on a regular basis, and over time they create a lucrative income that allows them to either quit their job, or continue working part time for added income. All you really need to start a home business is 1-2 hours a day. How can you find enough time to build a great income from home when time seems so limited? Okay, like we said you can actually excecute your Internet business plan with only an hour or so a day. Are you telling yourself "I don't have an extra hour a day, I'm swamped!"
Go to bed 30 minutes later (you won't even notice a difference) Find a T.V. show that you can live without (stop killing time) Delegate some chores to others (everyone needs a little help) Cut down on phone chatting (time flies by unnoticed)
Not setting priorities (to much "busy work") Saying "Yes" to every favor someone asks you Procrastination, never really getting started Complaining about being "Too Busy" (complaining takes time) Leaving things partially done and having to restart Wasting time on details instead of the real goals Always being available by phone Being kept waiting, do to a lack of planning Oversleeping (sleeps good, in moderation) Too much T.V. wathching or game playing

But wow, so many excuses. Before I began my online business, I too had my favorite excuses for not getting started. My thoughts however changed rapidly after watching an incredible story on "The Big Idea." It's a show for entrepreneurs if you haven't heard of it. Anyway, they were interviewing a woman who had just started a multi-million dollar company. This is the common theme of the show, but here's the twist. She was a full time actress on a daytime soap opera, a full time mother, and had many other business projects that demanded her time. She said that she built her newest business on the "leftovers" at the end of an hour. She used a five minute break here, a 30 second breather there, and piece by piece built a tremendous business. That was the end of my excuse making for good. I decided to take an inventory of how I spent my time, even though I was sure I was already using it all wisely. Well...I wasn't, not even close. I realized that I slept an hour or more than needed. I noticed that my "favorite" shows could be discarded without any real loss. And my phone bill showed some long conversations that were mostly...killing time. I was basically discusted with how I was using my time. I decided to clean it up and to use the extra time to start that Internet business plan that I had been thinking about. I had more than enough time. In fact by cutting back on sleep, tv, and phone talk, I had amassed 3-4 hours a day! I began at once to "invest" those hours toward something that would pay dividends later on. And it hardly even seemed like a sacrifice. I had more energy and was very excited to see my business flourish. Long story short, the investment is now paying off in fantastic ways. I work from home now full time and financial freedom is a normal part of my life. The onyl regret I have is "killing" so much of my time for so many years. So the bottom line is that anyone, no matter the circumstances, really can find the time to excecute an Internet business plan. Instead of thinking you are sacrificing sleep, tv, or any other daily habit, realize that
