There are two aspects of this, and they are motivating yourself and motivating others. But in all reality, these are much more similar than you may think. Motivation stems from desire, from a strong wanting of a particular outcome or result. This might be different for each and every individual. Some people are highly motivated to get rich and to increase their net wealth. Other people are motivated to provide their family with the things that they enjoy. There are others who have a strong passion to succeed, and some even have a fear of failure. Some people simply want to be accepted, while others want to be able to have control and power over others. While motivation will be different for each and every individual, what drives inspiration is the same for everyone. It comes from knowing clearly what you want. And when you want something badly enough, and you’re willing to do anything that you need to do to accomplish it, you will actually have the motivation that is needed to reach your goals. Therefore, whether you are attempting to motivate yourself or trying to motivate others, what you really need to know is what you or the other people want. When you know what you want, you can think about it often and therefore motivate yourself into finding ways and taking action so that you can achieve that which you want. Motivating others is not that much different. When you know what inspires another person, which means you know what they really desire, you can provide a path for them to get it, and as long as they want it badly enough, they will follow the path that you laid out. Some people complain of not having enough motivation. The real problem is and a lack of goals, desires, and hopes. If you do not know what you want to get out of life, it’ll be nearly impossible to motivate yourself to strive for it. The more clear that you make your goals, and the more clear you help others make their goals, the more motivated you and those around you will be.
