Here are four techniques that will help you get everything you want, and less of what you don’t want. #4-Have Faith You subconscious mind is your connection to infinite power and creative energy. It has the power to transform any area in your life. But in order to work, it needs you to believe. Have faith and you will get that which you are seeking. #3-Watch Your Thoughts You are the gatekeeper to your subconscious. Only the thoughts that you entertain are passed into the subconscious. Do not let in any seeds that you do not want growing in your life. Anytime negative thoughts try and creep in, take control and replace them with more positive ones. #2-Use the Time Before Sleep Right before you go to sleep, your conscious, thinking mind is quieted. The internal dialogue is slowed, and you have a close connection to the subconscious. Use this time by thinking and visualizing about the things you want. You subconscious will feed on this on night long, and you will experience amazing results. #1-Expect the Best Expectation is belief, and what we believe becomes the seed that we plant in the garden of the subconscious. Therefore, what you really expect, you will get. Expect the best in any circumstance, and you will find that the best is what you continuously get. When you know how to control your subconscious mind, then you have the power to regain creative control over your life experience.
