A home based multi-level-marketing business is a great way to leverage your income, create residual sources of income, tap into a worldwide market, and create lasting financial freedom and prosperity. The real key to multi level marketing success is to build a solid downline. Your downline will be your source of leveraged and residual income streams. While it may take time to build a reliable downline, it is time well spent because it will repay you over and over again. But many people have a hard time building their downlines. They simply do not know anything about Internet Marketing and therefore do not know how to generate leads. I have never had this problem, because from the very beginning I learned several simple yet effective Internet Marketing strategies that allowed me to generate leads from my very first day working online. A few of my favorite home based business MLM lead creation strategies are article marketing, posting ads on craigslist, and building a search engine optimized webpages. If you want to go the free route and do not want to invest any money in advertising, I recommend daily article marketing and craigslist advertising. You can write small articles of 200 to 400 words targeting your market and you’ll be allowed to place the links to your signup pages at the bottom of your articles. If you utilize good article hubs like ezinearticles.com, you’ll be able to generate daily leads from your articles. If you write a few articles each and every day your traffic will simply continue to grow week after week. I did this strategy and combined it with posting several ads daily on craigslist in the small business section. From these two simple and free strategies, which only took me a couple hours per day, I was able to generate anywhere from 5 to 15 affiliate leads each and every day. It actually surprised me because I heard so many other affiliates complaining about not being able to generate any signups, yet from my first day I had a steady flow. I also found that writing articles and classified ads gave me a major advantage when it was time for me to start my own website. The biggest component of building a website is building content that grabs your readers attention and holds on to it long enough to close the deal. I did not know a lot about writing content when I first got started online, but by practicing with article marketing and classified advertising, when I did start my website I found it to be very enjoyable and profitable.
