I want to share some powerful goal setting tips that will give you the ability to reach any and every goal that want. It makes no difference how big the goal is, big ones can be reached just as often as small ones. In fact, large goals may be easier to reach because they are more exciting and motivating. By following this goal setting strategy you will be able to set bigger and better goals than before, and you will achieve them easily.

Set Your Goals Without Limits

A clear and definite aim is where all success takes root. Goals are the seeds of success, and without them, nothing would get done. Humans are incredible and powerful, and we can achieve anything that we truly desire. There is no limit to greatness of your achievements except for the limitations you place on yourself. You cannot ever rise higher than the expectations you have for yourself. Small goals result in small achievements, and large goals are the beginning of great achievement. This is why it is important that you take the ‘zero limits’ point of view. Imagine that you could achieve anything, and set your goals based on that premise. Do not limit yourself.

Setting high goals creates excitement and passion. These are the goals that bring people to higher planes and motivates them to do wonderful things. A goal that stirs up passion and emotion will be much more motivating when it’s time to take action. Therefore, the first of these goal setting tips is to aim high. Think of yourself as someone with zero limits. If you think no limits you will have none.

Crystallize Your Goal, Make it Definite

The next tip for goal setting is something so simple and so effective, yet the majority of people never do it. What is this simple step? WRITE YOUR GOAL ON PAPER. Most people neglect this because they do not know the power of doing so. The simple act of writing your goal on paper sends makes it real, it makes your goal come alive. And even more important is that writing your goal down reinforces it to your subconscious mind.

Most people never tap into the vast intelligence of their subconscious mind, and therefore leave out a great amount of personal power. When you clearly know what you want and write it down, you are giving a destination to your subconscious mind, and it will lead you step by step to the achievement of that goal. If you do not give your subconscious mind a destination it wanders aimlessly and cannot take you where you really want to go.

Give Daily Attention to Your Goal

Where attention goes, energy flows. We give energy to the world around us through our thoughts. Whatever we think about most is invariably what we get. If we really want to achieve our goals, it is critical that we give them a lot of attention. They need to be fed on a regular basis, and the food is our thoughts, our attention, our true power.

If you have set your goals high and are very excited about reaching them, giving them attention and thought should be completely natural. There are goal setting tips that will help you keep your goals as a dominate thought in your mind. The simplest way to make sure that your goals get enough attention is to keep your written goal with you at all times. Have your goal written on an index card or a small piece of paper, and keep it in your wallet or pocket. Throughout your day, take a few moments to look at your written goal. Read it, think about it, and get excited about it. Think of your goal as already being accomplished, and feel positive and confident that it will be.

It's Time to Take Action

There are two ingredients for the accomplishment of a goal; thought and action. Action is the bridge that connects our thoughts and brings them to life. If you have followed the steps above, you will always know exactly when and how to take any action that needs to be taken. This is the real benefit of conditioning the subconscious mind and giving it a clear goal to strive for. The subconscious mind is infinitely more intelligent that our conscious mind. When our subconscious mind knows where we want to go, it knows the best way to get there.

The goal setting tips above are designed to imprint your goal on your subconscious mind. When you have successfully done this, it will only be a matter of time before your goal becomes your reality. Your subconscious mind will direct you to take spontaneous right action. You will always know each step to take and every move to make. You need to follow you intuition and it will lead you to take the right action. By doing this you can literally achieve any goal you want.

Keep With It

Anyone who follows these simple goal setting tips can achieve anything they want. But there is one thing that can stop you…..quitting. Quitting is automatic failure. In fact, quitting is the only real way you can fail. If you make the commitment to follow your passion without stopping, you cannot fail. Following through with a goal until the end is what separates highly successful people from low achievers.

Decide exactly what you want without limits. Give your goals constant attention, and take action when you are inspired to do so. Keep moving forward, taking steps daily, and as your future unfolds you will invariably find yourself living what was once before only a dream.
