Entrepreneur roles are different than that of your typical employee, and they are more profitable



What are the entrepreneurial roles, and why are they so much more profitable than the roles of a typical employee?

An employee is paid a small amount of the overall value that they add to the business. Usually they are paid by the hour, and no matter how much money they help the business generate, they only earn a small amount.

An entrepreneur on the other hand chooses to get paid based on the results that he or she is able to produce. They are given no guarantee, no steady check to rely on. However, entrepreneurs are blessed with a much higher income potential. The income potential of an entrepreneur is essentially limitless. They get paid on results, and therefore their income does not depend on the amount of hours they are willing to spend at the office.

This is why the majority of American millionaires are business owners. There are more millionaires bred from the entrepreneurial spirit than any other profession. The desire for wealth is an ambition that has led countless people to escape the 9-5 rut and venture on their own.

Entrepreneurs take back control over their financial futures. While the majority is satisfied with exchanging their time for money, entrepreneurs make the bold decision to work for themselves and to finally get paid what they are truly worth.

For entrepreneurs to be successful they need to have the desire to seek profitable opportunities, the courage to seize those opportunities, and the persistence that is needed for any big goals to be met. If you have these three criteria, than you may have the entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to be a great business success.
