The one that is succeeding is sure to have an optimistic and positive attitude. The one who was failing will most likely be a negative and pessimistic individual. Why is the mindset so critical? It is so critical because it is so powerful. Our attitudes, dominant beliefs, and our expectations have a huge impact on our habits and our actions. Imagine for a moment that you were embarking on a new journey and you knew 100% that you were going to reach your destination. Would you be hesitant and intimidated to get moving? Of course not. If you knew that you could not fail you would get started as soon as possible. This is how people with a positive attitude act. From the very beginning of a new venture they are completely confident that they will succeed. Because of this they have no problem taking action and getting started. This is the first step to reaching ones goals, and most people do not even get that far. Why? Because many people hold a negative mental attitude. Rather that thinking of nothing but success they think of nothing but failure. They are not confident in themselves and they are afraid of failing. Because they are afraid to fail they never even give themselves a chance. Think about it, if you do not try you cannot succeed. If you do try you may fail but you have the chance to succeed. What do you really have to lose for trying? Well, nothing except a little time a maybe a little money. But what do you lose when you do not give it a try?
