Emotions Law of Attraction. Emotions are powerful, but many people (most if fact) use them inefficiently. Many people let their emotions control their lives. When the feel good they act in one way, and yet way something happens that makes them feel negatively, they change the way they interact with the world around them.
But I am here to tell you that your emotions, the feelings that you get within yourself, are much more than you may have ever been told. They are your built in guidance system, a guidance system that tells you whether you are creating your life in a positive or negative way.
As you know, the Law of Attraction is always in action. You cannot separate yourself from it. It is the Law of the universe that creates the reality that we all live on a day to day basis. This means that all of your thinking, positive and negative alike, is creating your life, your future, and the situations and circumstances that you experience.
To use the Law of Attraction effectively you need to think more positive thoughts than negative ones. This means that you need to hold a positive mental attitude predominantly in your life, and to give your attention primarily to the things that you want to attract into your life, and minimize the amount of attention that is given to the undesirable things.
Does that mean that I need to monitor all of my thoughts?! Well actually yes, to get optimal results with the law of attraction you need to always be aware of your thoughts and where your attention is being placed.
And this is where your emotions and feelings come into play. Feelings are powerful guides that allow you to easily monitor the frequency of thought that you are sending to the universe, therefore creating your life experience.
The truth is that monitoring each and every thought that crosses through your mind would be quite impossible. But you do not need to. Your feelings are directly related to the thoughts that you are thinking. In fact, your thinking is what creates the emotions and inner feelings that you have.
You cannot think a negative thought and not create a positive emotion. And the opposite is also true, you cannot be thinking positively while feeling badly.
So you do not need to monitor the thoughts in your mind, you simply need to be aware of the feelings and emotions inside your body. When you are feeling good, you are thinking in a way that is using the Law of Attraction to bring all good things to you.
