What does it really mean to be an entrepreneur? If you look in a dictionary you will find a very simple prescription. They say that an entrepreneur is anyone who provides a product or service for a profit.

Sure, that is what an entrepreneur does, but it does not even come close to describing what an entrepreneur is.

Entrepreneurs make up the majority of self made millionaires in America. Millionaires are three times more likely to be a business owner than they are to be doctors, lawyers, or business executives.

But being an entrepreneur is not just about the money. Actually, money usually has very little to do with it. The money is most often a byproduct of a bigger flame burning inside. Entrepreneurs are passionate about their business and the thrill of achievement and the road that leads there are more satisfying that the money.

But of course earning millions of dollars a year is a definite bonus.

And entrepreneurs have backbone. They are willing to risk it all to make their dreams come true. Rather than living life wondering what if, entrepreneurs find out for themselves.
