You cannot break off communication with your subconscious mind. Every thought you have, every emotion you experience, every image you hold in your mind, are all transmitted to the subconscious.

People say that thoughts are things, and they are right.

A thought that is help in your conscious thinking mind on a habitual basis will be impressed upon your subconscious, which then uses its infinite wisdom and intelligence to create the right situations and circumstances for your thoughts to be realized in the physical world.

This is why you get what you expect, what you think most about, whether or not you actually want it. The subconscious does not decide what you want and what you don’t, that is the job of your thinking mind. The subconscious simply works with what it is given, and therefore your duty is to monitor what you communicate to it on a regular basis.

People spend so much of their time worrying and stressing about things that may not actually happen that they actually cause the feared situation to arise. People who fail will often say that they expected to fail from the start.

With this attitude, would it have been possible for them to succeed? Of course not! Only those who expect to succeed are able to do so.

Expect the best in every situation, and give your attention solely to the things that you want showing up in your life.
