There are two components to affiliate Network Marketing.

The first is rather obvious and that is recruiting new affiliates and team members to your downline.

But your work as a network marketer does not stop there. Many people assume that all they need to do is sponsor new affiliates and then they will build a large residual income.

This is simply not the case. It is your job to manage your network and ensure that they reach the levels of success that you have.

If your team succeeds, you succeed. Yet if your team fails, you will only meet with failure as well.

Is all about duplication. The matter how large your downline is, if none of the members of your team are earning money, your income will not be what it could be.

However if you can train your team members to duplicate your success, they will make money, and you will make lots of it too.

There are a few ways to manage your network and train, teach, and motivate them to take action and build their own incomes.

I have found that’s sending out weekly emails to all of my downline is a great way to keep them interested in the business, to teach them the things that are working well for me, answer there questions, and motivate them to take action.

Another fantastic method that I have utilized with great success is to build a small website or even a blog that offers tips, strategies, and other home business advice.

You can send you team members to your website to get additional help and get them on the right path. It is always a good idea to tell your team members that they can contact you with any questions or concerns they may have.

People are more likely to pursue an opportunity when they feel like they will be assisted andn supported if they need.
