There are many internet marketing methods that can be used perfectly to promote your affiliate products or home business programs.

Some of my personal favorites are search engine marketing (with your own website), free classified advertising, craigslist advertising, blogging, article marketing, word of mouth, and of course, pay per click advertising.

While each of these methods works in a different way, I know that they all can be used very successfully, because I have used each one to make money with affiliate programs.

But I did not start out trying to use each one of them at the same time. That would have been overwhelming I am sure.

Rather, I chose one, got really good at it, learned and practiced it, and then moved on to another method. After a short time I was proficient with several marketing methods, and my affiliate checks were reaping the benefits.
