In this day and age when more senior citizens are finding it difficult to manage with the retirement funds at their disposal, many are seeking outside employment after leaving the regular workforce. They may find themselves greeting customers at a Walmart store, helping people find products at Home Depot, or sweeping floors at a McDonald's or another fast food restaurant. While it may seem sad to think of older people doing these seemingly menial jobs, some people enjoy the work as they earn a little money to help pay expenses. They feel some sense of fulfillment as they interact with other people in what might otherwise be a dreary life alone in some cases.
