Powering the Subconscious Mind

So what exactly is the Subconscious mind? As said, subconscious mind, means the mind underneath the conscious mind, the one that is not seen and many are not aware of when the subconscious mind is in operation. Consciously, we are aware of and we know exactly what we want, or how to act and response, or to think and reason. However, this state is influenced by the subconscious mind. Think about it, many of our responses and decisions are made based on our subconscious mind condition rather than the logical analysis by the conscious mind. The subconscious mind is where we store all the information we picked up along the way, in all the years we have been through and it is like a huge hardisk with its own programming that will run in the back end and determine the front end of our lives. It is a great waste if we do not tap into this area of the mind and let it run our lives unconsciously.

We definitely cannot underestimate the power of the subconscious mind. The subconscious mind has the power to dictate many of our behaviors, our thought patters, our decision, and subsequently the results we are getting in life. We might not be aware of how it operates, but it has the power and abilities to dig into our memory and directs us to behave accordingly. Our conscious mind might not have access to all the memories and experiences that we have over the years, but the subconscious mind has. And all these forgotten memories and experiences will either haunt us or help us in managing our daily life.

The subconscious mind does not judge and process the information given to it. It receives all the information unconditionally and remembers every single detail attached to that piece of information. It does not judge and filter off the bad experience or give preferences to what we think is good. So now we know how this power machine works, and it is very crucial that we feed it with positive and constructive thoughts.

Feeding the subconscious mind is sometime called conditioning. You condition your subconscious mind to react and you are doing it every day consciously or unconsciously. The conditioning of the subconscious mind will become a habit ultimately. A habit will either build you, or destroy you. Habit is something we do long enough and condition the subconscious mind to take over and run it for us. The good news is, like a computer, we can reprogram the machine with empowering and positive thoughts. The trick is, to consciously do it and break the old habit.

I hope you gain some understanding about the subconscious mind from this article. This is an area we have not been utilizing it fully and once we have the key, we can unlock our mind power and achieve wonders in life.
