Apply this approach to gleaning, getting and cultivating customer and client relationships. How? STOP focusing on the masses...and instead, focus most of your efforts on the smaller subset of your audience that really gets what your about, is already predisposed to your products and services, and is, quite frankly, already READY to buy. Trying to satisfy everyone, at all times, especially in the online marketplace, is the quickest way I know of to not only go insane, but to go broke at the very same time (and trust me - I've been both).
