Something like this.

"You are receiving this email because you have subscribed to our mailing list."

This reminds your readers that they willingly gave their email address in order to get specific ads targeting products or services that they might be interested in.

Though you can use the "single opt-in" option, which means all that your prospect has to do is give you their email address, I suggest that "double opt-in" is used. Double opt-in requires that your prospect give their email address and then click a link in an email message to confirm that they want to receive information.

Another important part of your email marketing campaign is to always give your subscribers the ability to unsubscribe from your list quickly and easily.
