1. Run Targeted Advertising Campaigns - In your advertising campaigns be sure that you are targeting a specific group of prospects. If you are in the home business niche then allow your ad to speak to them. Make sure that all the keywords that are relevant to your audience is in all of your campaigns. This could include PPC advertising, articles, blog postings, forum signatures, text ads or any other ad campaigns that you are running.

2. List Your Website In The Right Categories - On a regular basis you want to list your website with the top search engines and other directories in the right categories. It is very important to allow people to find your site easily, so your goal here is to get your website in front of the people who are looking for your products and services.

3. Advertise In Relevant Forums And Online Groups - It is very important to find all the places that your prospects hang out and your market research will allow you to do this. Visit forums, online groups, chat rooms and other online communities relevant to your niche and take part in their discussions. When you make your posts be sure to have your website URL in your signature.

4. Write Articles - Write and submit articles on a regular basis. These should always be rich with your keywords and key phrases. Always remember that people find you by typing keywords in the search engines, so by having them in as many places as possible you will give them more opportunity to find you. Be sure to place your website address in the resource box in your article.

5. Publish Your Own Ezine - Setting up your own ezine could attract some highly targeted traffic as the people who join your ezine will only be interested in the information that you are offering. These will be prime targets for your offers. You can also advertise in other ezines relevant to your niche market.

To succeed with your internet home business you will need lots of traffic. Now many people are getting a whole lot, but they are still not making sales or getting optins. To make sales you will need to be generating only highly targeted traffic to your website. These will be people who are interested in your offer and will be more likely to buy.
