The activities, operation, success, or failure of any business are a mirror image of the mind and thoughts of its owner and/or those who are in key decision-making positions. When you understand the Law of Attraction, which says, "like attracts like," you will realize that you are always using this law. As a result, you are always attracting what you are constantly thinking.

Since that is the case, your business is a reflection of the way you, the owner, thinks. In fact, the decisions you make set in motion, a chain of events that lead to an outcome or end result that either creates success or failure. I'm sure it is your goal to succeed in business, therefore, you must make certain that your mind is constantly exposed to or fed thoughts and ideas that are positive, and create success.

The Law of Attraction is always at work in the business world because it works through the ideas the owner and/or its key decision-makers hold in their minds. Ideas or concepts constantly held in the mind of bosses create an attracting or repelling mental atmosphere, or a success or failure atmosphere, even among employees.

If you, the business owner or your chief officers, dwell on the goodness of yourself, others, and employees - if you think about and expect success, then you will radiate these mental thoughts out into the atmosphere, and you will attract success. On the other hand, if you dwell on hard times, business competitors, or on limited negative ideas - seeing only problems, obstacles, and troubles of the world, the economy, your family, business associates, and the world in general, you will set up a negative mental atmosphere that repels customers, and success, no matter how hard you work physically.

This is the fundamental reason why many business owners work long hours, only to meet with failure - while others, who don't work as hard or as long, achieve success. Remember, your business was first an idea, thought or concept in your mind before you started it. You made a mental decision to start a business.

If you start and operate your business out of desperation for money, or if you hold reservations in your mind about whether you will succeed or fail, these thoughts will cause you to make decisions that attract or repel success, no matter what you do or how hard you work physically. Because success is a state of mind, you must make a habit of feeding your mind positive ideas and concepts that lead you in the direction of success.
