Google's AdSense programme has revolutionised the way in which people can earn an additional or even full time income by working from home. A great number of people have figured out how to generate high earnings from AdSense. So how do they do this?

High AdSense earners are just people like you and me. However, what differentiates these people are several things. Firstly, their work ethic is incredible, in order to succeed they will work pretty much every hour of the day to make their business a success. It isn't uncommon to work 16 hours a day.

Those that earn a good income from AdSense are also very motivated at what they do because they want to succeed. Most people fail because they do not take action. Some people will take action but will give up soon after when they do not see any quick results. What some newbies forget to realise is that this business is a long-term thing so patience is key.

Its not easy trying to find a team but once you do, you can delegate a great deal of the work such as article writing and link building to get maximum benefit for your sites as quickly as possible. If you want to be good at something, you always have to go that extra mile. The high earners are always testing their sites on a continual basis to see how they can improve their click through rate (CTR). So always trying to improve until you think you have the optimum CTR is what you should also be striving for.

Once you have something that works, its now time to upscale on a much larger scale. With a few micro niche sites you are unlikely to earn a substantial amount of money, but if you multiply this many times over you can start to see how a few dollars a day can turn into tens, hundreds or even thousands of dollars per day.

Since most of your traffic will come via organic search, you absolutely must understand the search engine optimization to at least an intermediate level. If you want to make some serious money then its advisable to learn some advanced techniques. However this will only come with time and lots of practice. The best way to learn these methods is to become a member of specialist internet marketing forums and online communities.

Just like any bricks and mortar business, becoming a high AdSense earner means you looking at your 'bottom line'. If you can keep your outgoing costs low then no doubt this will affect your profit margins. For example, purchasing domain names in bulk, web hosting and article writing costs all attribute to your expenditure.

Finally, once you have a site that is starting to show promise and making you some regular income, the next step is to make this into an authority. This means adding lots more quality content and just building this site up so that it starts to increase revenue and credibility in Google and other search engines's eyes.
